Problem with RSHD

I am trying to upgrade a SAN Switch from v3.2.0a to v3.2.1c,I try to start rshd on my laptop but I get this error:
C:\>rshd
rshd : Remote Shell Daemon - v1.6
*** [0] ERROR: Cannot determine port number for the rshd daemon.
[0] Winsock error: Error number = 11004.
I have the rshd.exe,cat.exe and the firmware file on C:

Searching, I found this:

Unable to run rshd f/w update utility - Returns the following: *** [0] ERROR:
Cannot determine port number for the rshd daemon. [0] Winsock error: Error
number = 11004.

Cause:

rshd utility does not function properly in dual NIC environment.

Solution:
Perform switch f/w update from server with single NIC.
Por que hacerlo dificil si es posible hacerlo facil? - Why do it the hard way, when you can do it the easy way?
