process taking over

I have a process, which seems to be taking over the server. I would like to stop and restart it, if that's appropriate. Can anyone tell me what the following is?

Hi Susan

This is the process related to the commandview.So you can go ahead and reboot the server if nobody is accesing the SAN disks thro commandview
