PXE-via not able to boot and run the RDP-Image, it's shown media fault error.

PXE-via not able to boot and run the RDP-Image, it's shown media fault error.

This is BL20P- Server, this server can be communicated with iLO-Processing done.but the PXE-Via not able communicated.
This is found problem with customer switch configuration. the customer having Intelligent switch, so it's not able to access PXE-boot(MAC-Address),but it's allowed iLO-Processing because of layer-3 processing. then finally we are connect layer-2 switch and run RDP-IMAGE to all server,It's working satisfactory.
