RA4100 and MSA1000
Expert
I have SAN configuration with two types of external storage, MSA1000 and RA4100. Is it possible for one server to see and use these two storage as its external storage. I heard one issue that RA4100 and MSA100 can't see each other.
The second question that I have is, it is possible for 2 server to share one logical volume in SAN configuration? what we're going to do is share data in one logical volume for two servers.
please advise
regards
Ario

Re: RA4100 and MSA1000
Hi
First, if this storage are in different controller, you must see without problem.
Respect 2 server share one logical volume, this is NOT POSSIBLE. You can distribute space, not share.

Jorge
