Regarding Securepath SPSv4.0cSp2-1 version installation
Hi,
Could you please let me know how to install the Securepath SPSv4.0cSp2-1 kit as well as the Secure path manager.
and also let me know in which order we need to install??

The kit you have looks to maybe be a Service Pack kit in which case you would need to have base install media to use Secure Path (with the kit you have). If it is the full media, simply put the CD in (or unzip the file) and run the installer.
In other words, you need to have SP already installed to use the Serviced Pack kit.
The manager is something that you would usually put one any 1 particular server, usually the SAN Management server or the SMA or any management server. Not necessarily on the same server that is connected to your storage.
SP Manager uses your LAN for connectivity to your SP Agents. The order of install does not matter. Note that the agent will want you to reboot where as the manager will not. If you are installing on the same box, install the manager first to make life simple.
