Reporting queued error
The server application event log is getting the error
Reporting queued error: faulting application hpacubin.exe
Has anyone seen this before? Know what is causing it?

The error indicates the "queue" error on fiber or scsi data channel given by ACU.
Which array is this? its firmware version?
ACU version?
Do you see other details for it in event log?

Hi, These are the two errors in the log
Faulting application hpacubin.exe, version 7.15.19.0, faulting module hpacubin.exe, version 7.15.19.0, fault address 0x0008c0b6.
The application, C:\Program Files\Compaq\Cpqacuxe\Bin\hpacubin.exe, generated an application error The error occurred on 09/05/2006 @ 17:58:38.806 The exception generated was c0000005 at address 0048C0B6 (hpacubin)
We have an MSA1500cs

Ensure you have Windows OS latest SP applied. I am not sure about firmware version of MSA you have, but there is critical customer advisory for Active/passive firmware released at

I would suggest to log a s/w call with HP.
