RSM 3.0 Installation Java issue

Getting the following error after installing RSM 3.0 on a Windows 2003 Standard server:

error unmarshalling return;nested exception is:
java.io.WriteAbortedException:writing aborted;java.io.NotSerializableException:com.hp.cssi.securtiy.server.SecurityServerImpl

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
