Re: RSM problem in Enable Hosts
Your problem is not in IA64 platform, I also get same behaviour when running x86 Windows 2003 SP1 Enterprise server, I guess HP have some issue with SP1 new features and RSM Agent.

Re: RSM problem in Enable Hosts
I also noticed that the problem is being reflected in the "discovery host" phase which takes at leat 50 seconds while compatring it to successfull case which takes 5 seconds !!!
I have forwaded our case to Senior support level in HP, and will post you reply when I get one ;-)

Re: RSM problem in Enable Hosts
Did you get any resolution on this from HP? Everything was working great until I rebooted my hpux host and no RSM can't find that host..Thanks for any info you may provide.

Re: RSM problem in Enable Hosts
According to Local HP Support, they didnt faced such phenomena and they claim that they works well with Windows 2003 SP1 as RSM Agent...
I hope that someone from HP Engineering will be able to provide any direction for troubleshooting such a painfull problem.

Re: RSM problem in Enable Hosts
A reboot of the RSM server will help.
