SAN--Hs_Service error
We have MA8000 in multibus failover mode, one MS cluster win2k with SP2, one member server win2k SP2 and one NAS E7000 cluster all of three are connected to MA 8000 SAN following hardware driver and firmwar configuration
* HSG80 controllers
* ACS 8.6 up to 13 patch
* 16 ports compaq (brocade) switch 2.6.0h firmware
* KGPS 64/33 firmware 5.481a9
* Secure path 3.1a with SP3
* Switch software from ACS kit 8.6B
* RestPTRLO=1 already set
We are frquently getting the HS_service error in NT application log with event id 1 with description "HSzdisk detected error". some time this error generated on all of the servers which are connected to SAN at same time, One time exchange does not able to access the one of SAN disk and at same time HS_service error are generated

Re: SAN--Hs_Service error
Aside from the HSZdisk error, it sounds like you may have a Switch Zoning issue. (Or no zoning at all)
