'SANworks Module Loader' service will not start

'SANworks Module Loader' service will not start

We are managing twin EVA5000s with an HP OpenView SAN Appliance Management solution (DL380 server running Windows 2000 SP4). All of the services start, EXCEPT the 'SANworks Module Loader'. When I attempt to start the service I receive an error 1053 (Service could not start in a timely manner). It appears to be a Java issue of some sort, but I cannot figure out the problem. Any ideas?
