Secure Path 4.0c

I have a problem with Secure Path v4.0c. Although the installation of Secure Path was ok, the Secure Path Agent stops responding after 30 minutes when the system has rebooted.
The system Event log has the following entry :
3/31/2004 1:25:23 PM Service Control Manager Error None 7031 N/A NLS0029 The Secure Path Agent service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 60000 milliseconds: Restart the service.nt
The Application Event log has the following entry : 3/31/2004 1:39:50 PM Application Error Error (100) 1000 N/A NLS0029 Faulting application SecurePathAgent.exe, version 1.0.0.30, faulting module SecurePathAgent.exe, version 1.0.0.30, fault address 0x0000214f.

The agent can be restarted, but stops with the above message.

Environment is Windows 2003, MSCS, 2 nodes.
DL580 G1, single proc, 1G mem,
4 node San with EBS and HSG80 in Multibus environment.

Is there someone who has seen this problem?
