Serial connection to IBM 2109 F32 switch?? settings??
I had tried Serial connection (9 pins) with the folliwng settings but failed:
Bps: 9600
Parity: None
Data Bits: 8
Stop bits: 1
Flow Control: None
Coul;d it be? Bad settings? bad cable? or serial connection is blocked? Must connect via LAN/NIC connection??
Thanks in advance;

Forgot to mention.

Re: Serial connection to IBM 2109 F32 switch?? settings??
IIRC it's a Brocade switch. Default parameters for Brocade switches:
IP address: 10.77.77.77
User: admin
password: password
hope this helps
