Special HP fibre?

I will run supportshow as soon as I get my laptop on to the switch. I do NOT have a HP supplied FC cable.. why should that matter? My normal belkin and other FC cables work fine in all other cards. I am going to try another switch.. probally Qlogic but at this point I dont think its the switch

Example of the cable (from partsurfer):
C7527A___Fiber-optic short wave multimode interface cable - 50um core, 125um cladding - LC connectors - 200m (656ft) long
These cables - 50/125um, multimode (m/m) are certified by HP
