Storport Driver Settings

I'm trying to use HBAnywhere to change some driver parameters in some 1050EX FC HBAs in my W2K3 server. I AM NOT checking the "make changes temporary" box when I change the settings, but a reboot always puts them back to what they were. I suspect there's some registry setting I need to change to make a permanent change, but can't find it for the life of me.
