supportsave dump to windows
I am unable to collect supportsave data to a windows ftp server .
"ncftpput: Could not change to directory E:\supptsave: server said: E:\supptsave: The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.
Remote Host:Directory change failed.
SupportSave failed."
The user credential have full read/right permissions. I tried using different windows directories but no luck. I had collected supportsave data to unix server multiple times, but this is first time trying to collect to windows FTP server hence let me know If I am missing some things ..

Re: supportsave dump to windows
You have to put the supportsave destination as a subdirectory of the configured ftp root. On windows this is normally c:\inetpub\ftproot by default. If you create the folder as follows: c:\inetpub\ftproot\supptsave
and then put 'supptsave' as the destination folder in your supportsave command, it should work.
and then put 'supptsave' as the destination folder in your supportsave command, it should work.
