Symantec Storage Exec 5.5

Hello to all, I have a question for the installation of the Symantec Storage Exec 5.5.
A customer tries to install this software on a DL380 G4 on cluster connect to an EVA 4000 and in the middle of installation he recives a message that says that the software will update also the Storage Works 2.0 (HP)present on the machine. I ask if someone has one previous experience with this type of installation and if exist a document that attests the compatibility between the two software.
