Turn off XP2000

I'm looking for a manual with a procedure to turn off a XP20000, but i didn't found, Where i can find this manual or somebody has this procedure ?

HP always say this is an always on product ...

Only trained service people shut do a shutdown.

If possible, ask HP to do this.

Howver, it isn't this hart.
