Upgrade DCFM 10.4.2 to NA 12 on 2 different servers

Hi,

First question:

I'd like to upgrade DCFM 10.4.2 directly to NA 12.  Is this possible or do I have to do "version hopping" (i.e. 10 to 11 to 12)?

Second question:

Rather than do an "in-place" upgrade, I would prefer to migrate from the old DCFM server to a new NA server during the upgrade.  Is this possible without incurring a lot of headaches?  If so, how should I go about it?

Both the old and new servers are running RHEL 5.

Any recommendations/explanations would be appreciated. Thanks!
