Warning Alert in HP MSA2012sa

Can anyone say the reason for the two following frequently occuring warnings which is viewed in SMU.

Event Code: 152
Error Message: Storage controller not receiving data from the management controller.

Event Code: 156.
Error Message: The Management controller restarted by the storage controller.

What are the causes and effects of these frequently occuring warning alerts?
