What does Command View EVA "Instant On" licencing enable?

I'm interested to know if Command View EVA  9.x Instant On provides Business copy functionality?

 

It's required to for SSSU snapclone testing on a decommissioned EVA before FW and CVEVA upgrade goes ahead on the production system.

Insant On License (the trial license) is valid for 60 days I believe and it has both normal CV, Business Copy and Continuous Access license activated.
