Windows And Unix Boxes On The Same HSG80?

Anyone know if this is possible?

Thanks!

Sure it's possible. But make sure you present storage only to the hosts that should see it.
Can you imagine if we used PCs to manage our enterprise systems? ... oops.

James:

Definitely possible. As Tom states, make sure your Unix boxes can ONLY see their units and the Windows boxes can ONLY see their units.

If a Windows host accesses a unix lun, it will utterly destry the data. (usually).

Also, make sure your zoning is set up so that your Windows hosts can not see any traffic from your Unix hosts (Single Initiator Zoning is best)
