XP256 Disk model no's

Where can i find a doc. or information on disks supported on an xp256 which has firmware 52-46-15 installed. right now we have disks with model no. Hitachi DK3F2-150 but dont know what are the latest and greatest disks to upgrade to on the unit.

Can anybody provide this information?
