Hi team,
Under master tenant I have created instance for VDI, VDI pools and VDI gateway. From master tenant works perfect.
After that I created tenant and in tenant role provided max permission to have access for this VDI
In tenant admin account also have permission next permission:
but in VDI tab I expected to see my “Windows VDI” but dont see
And under tenant I dont see any VDI
What I’m missing in my setting? Could you help please?

Re: VDI shared pool missing
Hi @cbunge
What about VDI Gateway: Is it allowed to store on worker-gateway host more than 1 key?
worker_url ‘https://192.168.9.1’
worker[‘appliance_url’] = ‘https://morpheus’
worker[‘apikey’] = ‘sssssfdsfdsfsfdsfdsfdsfd’

Re: VDI shared pool missing
To add to @cbunge reply. Expect, you’ve got this, but worth checking too…
-
If a multitenant role for subtenant, make sure it is locked, otherwise it could be unlinked from changes on the master
-
Ensure the tenant admin role (the cap), is not denying a permission that is enabled in the tenant user role.

Re: VDI shared pool missing
No, this does not store more than 1 key. However, if you are using this more globally for console sessions to broker (VDI Gateway), you can set a gateway on a cloud or within the appliance settings (global) to utilize only 1 worker instead of having to assign per pool.
