ADD Cloud button is missing

ADD cloud button is missing from subtenant. We have System Admin Role set for Tenant Role & User Role also.

Got it…actually it was not populating only the cloud access to subtenant so I just unmarked the “MULTITENANT LOCKED” & it populated automatically. Then marked it back.

Can you confirm the Infrastructure: Cloud permission on both tenant and user roles? If it is scoped to Group, the “+Add” option gets disabled. Screen Shot 2025-01-10 at 11.15.47 am.png - Droplr
