Approval provision

Hi Team,

I have created the two subtenant (ex A & B) and created the same tenant and user role for each subtenant.whenever user tried to provision the vm its goes for the each approval users.Hwoever we are only able to see the approve/Deny/cancel option in subtenant A.But In B we are only able to see the cancel option we validated all the policies related permission its already in full.Need your input on this.
