Can the "morpheus-node" user created locally in Linux VMs be replaced with an AD account?

Can the "morpheus-node" user created locally in Linux VMs be replaced with an AD account?

Can this local account created as a part of agent installation, be removed and replaced with an equivalent AD account in the same name with full SUDO privileges?

Should work. After changes run

  • morpheus-node-ctl reconfigure, make sure the reconfigure is success
  • morpheus-node-ctl restart and
  • tail the logs using morpheus-node-ctl tail morphd,
  • look for the line [main] INFO com.morpheus.agent.Agent - Agent Online!
