Cloud costing

If we activate the items of advanced option - costing in cloud setting,
How is it different from the default disabled state?
From the AWS cost, cost explorer and cloud watch seem to be activated.

If costing is not activated, Morpheus’ own Plan & Pricing would be used (in this case, monitoring is not possible in the case of separate EBS or SaaS)
If we enable costing option, can we accurately recall the actual cost of AWS?
