Error overwriting /opt/morpheus/LICENSE when upgrading the manager from 8.0.9 to 8.0.10

This is a fresh install with 8.0.9.  8.0.9 comes up successfully after initial setup, but when I attempt to ugprade it to 8.0.10, I get this message (whether I attempt the upgrade before or after applying the license file):

Has anyone else experienced this error?

The issues were associated with the fact that I was trying to go from VM Essentials to Enterprise which is a different process.  Running with the --force-overwrite allowed this update to coninue per the "Elevating to HPE Morpheus Enterprise" section of the documentation.  morpheus-ui won't start after it completed, but I that appears to be a file permissions issue after the install.
