Fail to Resizing Openstack Instance

Hello Experts,

I’m currently trying to resize an OpenStack instance, but the process seems to have failed as the instance resources have not been increased as expected. Additionally, I’ve noticed that for some cloud integrations like Nutanix or OpenStack, instances often require a restart when performing reconfiguration. This is quite a risky action compared to using hot-plug features available in the original platform. Is there a safer method to achieve this without requiring a restart?
