Questions about Community Edition

I was watching some of the tutorial videos and reading the documentation. In the documentation, they talk about an HVM iso file. I did not see that in my downloads section. I only have access to native packages for Debian, redhat etc. It doesn't seem like that big of an issue as I can install Ubuntu 24.04 on my server and go from there. However, in the video, they talk about deploying using the qcow2 file, which I also don't seem to have in my downloads. Am I missing something?

For the licensing, I know the CE comes with 3 sockets. I'm currently playing around with Nutanix and Morpheus. If I install Morpheus and then wipe the server, does it release the licenses (dual socket server) that were used during that install? Or are they forever locked to that machine? Or is there a command to release the license before destroying the hypervisor?
