Static IP cannot set on Service Catalog for Nutanix Prism Central

Hi experts,
I have Nutanix Prism Central integrated to Morpheus. And I’d like to provision an instance with Static IP Address using Service Catalog. I have created Service Catalog using Forms and set “Networks” Type for user to select Network and set IP address manually. However text box for IP address doesn’t show up on Forms/Service Catalog. and just show “Default”

If I provision from Provisioning>Instance>Add, I see text box and I can set IP address.

How is this happening ? and how can I make it available to set IP address on Service Catalog?
