Teaddown Phase Scripts

Hello all,

I've been writting a script to see if a script if a vm is out of vSphere after its been torn down in Morpheus. I've placed it in the teadown phase but it seems that the server itself does not get torn down unitll all the the scripts in that phase are finished. Is this the case for Teardown?? I just wanted to verify before i try and find another solution.
