VDI Gateway for all Console access for a cloud

I would like to route all console traffic via a VDI gateway so that the Morpheus App Servers don’t have direct connectivity to the vSphere hosts. Is that a good use case for the VDI gateway? also do they support HA?

Yes, that’s how I utilize mine as well. You can set the GW for use at the following places:

  • VDI Pool
  • Cloud
  • Network
  • Administration > Settings

You can put multiple VDI gateway VMs behind a load balancer or you can deploy the container which can auto scale:
