Why Is the RPC Host Not Being Set During Provisioning?

I am posting here to explain that during the provisioning process, Morpheus attempts to connect to the host or virtual machine using SSH (for Linux) or WinRM (for Windows). If these connection attempts fail, the RPC host will not be set during provision.
