Cannot deploy/start VM Manager

Hi everybody

I tried deploying the VM Manager on the first VME host (a DL380Gen10)

So far I only configured a single bond for hostg management traffic.

I copied the qcow2 file to /root of the first host and tried deploying... There was some error at 95%. The VM is listed in hpe-vm, but I cannot delete it. I also cannot start it as it tells me there is an error with networking. So I try having a look at networking but I just get an error without any text.

I run hpe-vm with sudo.

What are my next steps?

Re: Cannot deploy/start VM Manager

I have had some success doing this.

Go bato th hpe-vm go to virtual machine, find the one that is running (same name as when installed) and "unlist" it

Also you can try from command prompt virsh list / edit / destroy

Hi,

I would suggest to send a mail to hpe-sw-trial-vmessentials@hpe.com and we will have a look on that.

With regards
