Couldn't start VM after change datastore volume in HVM 8.0.10

Hi all,

We are using HPE Morpheus VM Essentials Software version v8.0.10. Our system runs a three-node cluster of HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen12 servers. We have a Pure Storage array connected to the cluster via Fibre Channel. We created two datastores, Datastore 1 and Datastore 2, and both are accessible to the cluster.

The issue is that when we change the datastore of any VM in the cluster – for example, from Datastore 1 to Datastore 2 – that VM encounters an error and cannot power on.

The steps we used is access to Profisioning => Instance => chose VM => actions => reconfigure => change datastore => click reconfigure => after that we couldn't access to that VM, it always show blank screen when we try to open console.

Even after VM automatic restart, it dissappear when run virsh list --all on host.
