Local disk as datastore

Hi

I'm not able to show the local disk to use as data store.

I installed the hpe-vm.deb in the ubuntu. Installed the VME Manager. Then I created a group, a cluster, add a host, but I don't know how use the intenal disk on the ubuntu for data stores.

I have the virtual appliance running.

Re: Local disk as datastore

Hello

You may create a LVM Filesystesm (by creating a VG ,LV )  using the internal disks and mount in a directory.

From VME Manager UI,  Infrastructire > Cluster >  Storage > DataStore -> Add ->  Select Type: "Directory Pool" and specify the above LVM mount point as "Target Path"  > Save.

While provisioning an instance you can use the same data store.
