Overlay network

I tried setting up an overlay network using VXLAN. It wasn't documented, but I gave it a shot.

I have a question. To create the overlay network, I created a network router. There, “CIDR” was a required field. After entering it, the address was set via the `ip a` command. I have a three-node HVM cluster, and the same address is set on all three nodes.

Is this the expected result?
If this is the expected result, why do the hosts need to hold the overlay network IP address? Can it be configured as the gateway for the VXLAN network?

Re: Overlay network

Hello @dya - my understanding is that VM Essentials does NOT currently support a VXLAN overlay network. I've heard its coming but I don't have a timeframe to give you.
