Should I be able to download a backup archive?
I am trying to download a backup archive but get this permissions error:
The user I am trying this with is a "System Admin" and I don't see any additional permission that could be granted. Thanks.

Re: Should I be able to download a backup archive?
Sorry, should have mentioned version - 8.0.10
There is an action drop down under the Backup Archives section:
Then when you click on the "Actions" menu you get this:

Re: Should I be able to download a backup archive?
I suggest checking your permissions for your System Admin. Go to "Administration > Roles" and ensure you have full access to backups, storage, archives and storage browser.
If the backup is stored on an external bucket or file share ensure the appliance has access to the storage location, check storage integration is active (not in a warning/error state) and your user has permission to browse and download from the storage provider.
Where to Check in the Documentation (this is the latest v8.0.11 document)
- Backups Section: See “Backups” and “Archives” in the documentation (around pages 145–154).
- Role Permissions: See “Roles” and “Role Permissions” (pages 162–172).
- Storage Providers: See “Infrastructure > Storage” (pages 119–138).
