VM Essentials Cluster Sync not working
Hi there,
I've been having the issue that my HVM Cluster is not syncing correctly. My cluster consists of 3 hosts and there has been a VM Essentials cluster on these hosts with 6 VMs in the past that I had to remake. My new cluster cant sync the VM status.
I have checked the logs at "/var/log/morpheus/morpheus-ui/current" on the appliance and found the following issue:"[RxCachedThreadScheduler-8] ERROR c.m.h.KvmBaseHostService - Error Caching Virtual Machines in KVM Cloud 5 - Cannot get property 'status' on null object"
This problem occurs everytime the cluster trys to sync.
Currently there is only 1 VM on the cluster and the status is correctly displayed in the web interface.

Re: VM Essentials Cluster Sync not working
Hi Fouca,
this type of issue is been already seen and fixed in the 8.0.11 that going to be released soon. Keep in mind, that for registered customer that have purchased a valid license, will have the abilibity to download the update files via the HPE software center. For the trial customer unfortunally for the moment there is no other way except the reinstall with the 8.0.11 once it is downloadable. Regarding the current situation in which you are is a delete of the cluster the only workaround, but the delete of the cluster have its costs like lose the current VMS, the GFS2 mounts are to be rebuild and eventually wiped out.
With regards
