VME create cluster when host install morpheus agent failed

When I create a cluster done.I check the host status it show agent installation failed.I retry many times.How can I manaul install the morpheus agent?

Hope this reply is not too late, in VME when the agent fails to install on the Host its a good to check the Morpheus UI current logs, located at /var/log/morpheus/morpheus-ui/current, it is very helpful when troubleshooting Agent installations.

• You can see that the logs show that SSH connection to HVM host was successful.
• But the install looks to have failed due to a DNS issue.
• When you check the targer host you can see that nothing was installed

In this case we are dealing witn a DNS issue, check the HVM node ect/hosts file it might show the DNS entries for the VME Manager not registered.

Manualy add the entry in ect/hosts

root@host37:/home/hvadmin# cat /etc/hosts
127.0.0.1 localhost hv-ubuntu

Now try to install the Agent again and it should be successfull
