When you perform storage virtualization, data will remain in the source location.

Hello！

I ran storage vmotion and it was successful, but some data remained in the source storage. Is this by design?

Can you please clarify what "some storage" means. Was it the full disk size or residual snapshots?. This will help us. Also please provide the VME version that was used during this operation.
