Windows 2008R2 morpheus agent install error

I'm trying to install the Morpheus agent on Windows 2008 R2, but I get an error:

The SSL/TLS secure channel could not be established.

Install .NET Framework 4.6.1 Add

TLS 1.2 support in the Registry Editor

Even after doing this, the error still occurs.
