It appears to be a MP Block question, let me try my best to answer based on the screenshot.

Total usable capacity: 4,817,925 MiB (~4.59 TiB)

Used space: 3,975,825 MiB (~3.79 TiB)

Free space: 842,100 MiB (~822 GiB)
