CS300 Sanitize USB images
We have a CS300 that has been powered down since we replaced with an AF20 device. We're in the process of physically decommisioning the site now and are looking to sanitize the array. Since the device is EOL, HPE Support is refusing to help us do this but reference a "set of sanitize USB keys" what we will need to sanitize the array. The array is running a version less than 5.0.3 so we can't use the sanitize menu + key option.
Does anyone have access to the image of these sanitization usb drives support references?
FWIW our AF20's are fully under support but Nimble Support Management is refusing to approve any help for us regarding the CS300 we want to dispose of.
TIA!

Re: CS300 Sanitize USB images
Hi Cnguyen
Thank you for reaching HPE
Sanitization requires a key that can be obtained only from the support. Mostly support will not be performing USB sanitization on arrays that are EOS(End Of Support). You may open a case with support for further guidance.
Hope this helps.!!
Regards
Mahesh.
