Query: 7.8.38.18.42-dHCI Update getting stuck

Hello,

Recently I was task with updating 3 host's ESXi through HPE's plugin in vSphere. 

Prechecks are all going through but at the time of updating it is stuck at 4%.

"Download Server update binaries"

"Download Service Pack for Proliant (SSP) (Completed: 100%) 

Is anyone familiar with this?

Were you able to complete the update? We will have to look at dHCI internal logs to see what is happening.

If you are still facing issue, please DM the serial number of the array to create a support case, for further investigation.
