Issue with Admin console via web browser for Authenication of default username
Hi Guys, We are installing HP Greenlake for File Storage Version 3.0.0 in air-gapped environment. We have installed below components of HP Greenlake:
3.0.0_Scripts_Firmware
3.0.0_Bootstrap_Script
Problem: When we try to login using default username and password (comes with these HP software products) to admin console via web browser, it gets authenticated but it goes off straightway i.e screen goes off.
I believe this error is related to 403 forbidden
Anyone knows how to fix this or any suggestion for troubleshooting techniques? Any known issues with this version?
Any help would be appreciated.
Many thanks

Re: Issue with Admin console via web browser for Authenication of default username
- Ensure that your system has network access to all the HPE File Cluster compute servers (CNodes).
- Browse to: https://<VMS_VIP>/, where <VMS_VIP> is the management VIP that you provided during installation. It is the IP used to connect to the HPE File Management server.
The web UI opens. - If this is your first time connecting to the Web UI, click I agree to accept the End User License Agreement.
- Enter your Username and Password to log in.
