Nimble CS300 questions
IHAC with a Nimble CS300 that the battery for the NVDIMM has failed, what is the spec for the battery, can it be purchased commercially? if so, anyone have the part number/spec for it?
Secondarily, since the secondary controller for the above CS300 keeps rebooting due to the battery issue and since they customer has a second CS300, can they simply replace the failing controller with one from their other CS300?? If this is possible what is the procedure to utilize it in this manner.
Asking since the CS300 is evidently beyond the EOS from HPE, however, they are aren't ready to transition yet to Alletra 6000
Please advsei asap if you don't mind

Re: Nimble CS300 questions
Hi hpedavidc
We may have to diagnose the support logs to check if the controller replacement is required?
As this EOS probably Support wouldn't be able to analyze
Ideally Replacing the controller should fix the issue at the moment
before replacing the controller ensure it is in standby mode, if not fail it over to standby mode.
hope this helps.!!
Regards
Mahesh
