Nimble HF40 Backplane

Need help, this is a rare proble, our customer had a problem with their Nimble HF40 backplane, the connector socket for Controller A came off from the backplane, then our customer had to buy a new one, but the part number was not found, does anyone know the right part number for HF40 backplane ?
