A connection to the storage system could not be made Locked

Hi,

From the Storage Systems view, the 3PAR array is showing up as red and getting the message "A connection to the storage system could not be make Locked".  I tried re-entering the credentials and double checked the IP address for the 3PAR to no avail.

Has someone seen this error before.

Hello @Ray3, and welcome to the HPE OneView Community Forums.

I would suggest that you SSH into the storage system, and issue the following CLI commands:

stopwsapi -f
#wait 30 seconds
startwsapi

Once that has happened, go do a refresh of the Storage System on your HPE OneView appliance.
